Lela Javakhishvili has several individual chess gold medals. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) (Azerbaijani: Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Neft Şirkəti) is the state-owned oil and natural gas corporation of Azerbaijan.
